	Scars cannot be completely removed, only made less noticeable
	Basic technique is to cut out old scar and try to make new scar thin and hidden
	in natural lines
	Some parts of body do not scar well, such as the knee, and often such scars
	cannot be improved
	All scars fade over 3 months to 3 years; sometimes it is best to wait for original scar to mature
	Surgery typically takes 1/2 to 1 hour
	Resume office work immediately; sports in 1-6 weeks, depending of scar location
