DERMABRASION: Surgical Highlights
	Removes wrinkles, especially around mouth and forehead
	Also useful for acne scars
	May take 1-3 sessions (usually 3 months apart)
	Usually wear bandage for about 5 days
	Plan to be in hiding for first week
	Skin stays red for a few days to a few weeks;
	gradually fades back to original color
	Risky in olive skin and black skin because of
	possible scarring or color change
	Resume office work in 1 week, avoid sun 4-6 weeks
	Local or general anesthetic
	NOT the same as microdermabrasion (which has no down-time)
